Sehr schöne Hotel Anlage in diesem kleinen Örtchen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück super arrangiert. Ausreichend um den Tag gesund zu starten. Kleiner Pool aber ausreichend um auch Mal ein Tag dort zu verbringen.. Nettes Personal durchweg. Ein Hotel welches für einen erneuten Besuch direkt wieder in Frage kommt.

Super Lage direkt im Geschehen aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Hygiene wurde sehr hoch gehalten und besonders im Poolbereich wurde regelmäßig desinfiziert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: beim Apartment für 4 sollte man wissen, dass 2 Betten nur Sofas sind und daher sehr hart.

We stayed here for a week in mid October 2023, we had a pleasant, spacious well equipped apartment in lovely gardens. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It is in a central location but was still very peaceful. There are lots of great places to eat nearby as well.

Spent two weeks at this amazing hotel Large hotels are not for us and this place ticked all the boxes. All the buildings are individual and different therefore you don’t get anybody above you or below you making any noise. In fact the whole place is so very quiet I slept better than I ever have on holiday The pool and breakfast area is fabulous so very relaxing with no loud music Breakfast was very good and plentiful and the young girl serving was really friendly and pleasant In fact all the staff are amazing and will help you with anything you need. We had a late flight home and I asked to stay in our room till later that wasn’t possible as it was already booked but they did find us another room which was great to be able to shower and change and have a drink before leaving for our flight, though they do have a shower room I believe. There was lots of restaurants and tavernas just outside the hotel so never really had to walk far to get a good meal Once you visit a restaurant they always remember you and will stop you to have a chat whenever you walk past This was such a relaxing holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of Crete. I have already told family and friends about it

Another great holiday at the resort, which has been extensively upgraded in the pool and pool bar area and looks great. The bar and area outside the reception has also been upgraded and also looks very good. Great service from wonderful staff, always helpful, dedicated and customer friendly.

These are lovely apartments in the centre of the village (but no noise, don’t worry) that are traditionally Cretan but modern at the same time. It’s obvious that a lot of thought has been put into the design and layout - it’s not a horrible, bulk standard apartment complex but something much more thoughtful and relaxing. The breakfast is a set menu and a very good price, presented beautifully. The team are very helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions and provide help. You literally step outside the door and there is a huge selection of restaurants and some lovely shops. You can walk to the neighbouring villages very easily or down the hill to Hersonissos. I don’t like Hersonissos, too much of a holiday resort but it’s a personal choice. Travelling alone as I am just about to start a new job and wanted a complete break from home before I start but found all the restaurants I visited welcoming and the food and excellent standard and not overpriced. I had a one bedroom apartment which was a very good size and layout. Highly recommend these apartments and the village they are in. My only note of caution is if you struggle with mobility there are a lot of steps which add to the look and feel but might be tricky.

We landed quite late and eventually got to the hotel to find a letter to state our room was ‘under maintenance’ so we had to stay at their sister hotel for the night. I saw a review saying this before we went but ignored it. It appears this is a common thing they do, I am assuming they overbook. It was a 10 minute taxi journey away which they did pay for. It was very stressful, did not get to the sister hotel till 3am and the staff member who helped us that night was really rude! Did not make me feel comfortable at all. Also the 5* hotel was actually quite run down and not very nice. The sister hotel then refused us breakfast the next day as we weren’t booked (even though we was promised breakfast as an apology) and the plug socket next to my bed fell out of the wall! When we eventually got the correct hotel about 2pm the following day we had a better stay and the woman on reception was really lovely. Very loud construction works were going on right next to the pool, not relaxing at all being sat next to drilling all day. Also as a heads up the pool area is very silent and I felt awkward even getting in the pool! Was quite a strange atmosphere. However the apartment was spotless and the food was amazing. Surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars and the beach not far.

We absolutely loved this place, our apartment was clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped. Some of the other reviews I've read lead me to believe that people expect 7* Dubai luxury - don't, this place is not about that. What you can expect, though, are staff who are friendly, helpful, and have time to chat - they'll tell you some of the best places to eat, or find out info for you if they don't know. We loved the pool area - it's not huge, but it is relaxing - there's no animation team here, with the associated loud music and games etc., just quiet chill-out background music. We often didn't get to the pool until after lunch, but always found a spot to settle down for a bit of sun bathing. Exit reception straight onto the street, turn left or right and you will be within reach of around half a dozen tavernas within 30 - 60 seconds walking, but there's plenty more for you to explore in the village. You can walk down to the seafront in around 20 - 30 minutes, but you might want to hail a taxi for the return - 12 eur when we were there. Regrets? Just one - we should have gone for 2 weeks rather than just one, we won't make that mistake next time :) PS, watch out for the ferocious resort cat, I've added a pic so you can be ready to defend yourself :D
